Beautiful work. No waiting area so she was running late and asked me to wait in my car. One hour + later she took me.

I did not like the service at all. The suite was still being renovated so it was disorganized. I purchased an ombré shading appointment but my brows are way too dark. They should have been dark brown not black so now they look like tattooed brows instead of ombré powder combo brows. The provider was way to heavy handed with the tool also I’ve had the service done elsewhere a few times now and I have never had it hurt like this time. She was pushing too hard while making it too dark for my skin tone it should have been darker brown not black I hate it .For the cost I could have went to someone much better and more thorough with doing the ombré brows and the distance I traveled for this service I am very displeased I will not return or recommend the service. I now have to pay extra to have my brows lightened and fixed elsewhere for the same price or more due to needing lightening now.

This service was truly a game-changer!!! I initially was very nervous but my brows turned out amazing! The technician is an artist and I felt really cared for. I wish I would have done this years ago.

I had a great experience and appreciate the time she took with the consultation as well as explaining the appropriate shape for my face. I look forward to my follow-up appointment.
