We had a great time but the sound system kept going out so we missed a lot of the recording during the first part of the tour.

It was very difficult to find the desk and the pick up location . Give yourself lots of time to be lost . Lady at the counter had no idea about the Groupon deal and was a bit dry. Tour guide was good but pushed a very hefty tip.

Enjoyed the tours. I do wish they had the options of all the buses having windows. Our tour guides were great!!!!
