About Nagomi
Nagomi's massive 5,000-square-foot space is a shrine to authentic Japanese cuisine, from pork-belly-studded udon noodles to cabbage pancakes and savory fried rice. Skilled chefs also sear filet mignon and king salmon on a teppanyaki-style grill, and bartenders pour sake and handcrafted cocktails in the bar and lounge for after-hours revelers.

The food was excellent. It's a small thing, but we really loved the garlic chips that accompanied several of the dishes. The teppan rib-eye was a little pricey, but well worth it. Our server was friendly and efficient. He knew the menu well and was always available, but not intrusive.

I bought Groupon to use for lunch. When we went for lunch, they didn't serve lunch any more though there were signs for lunch parking. When I showed the groupon to a waiter, he said no problem.
After dinner, he told us we cannot use for Saturdays.
Food was good and service was nice.

food lacked anything special. okonomiyaki was bland besides for the sauce on top. the egg kept falling off the okonomiyaki as we ate. small in size compared to any other okonomiyaki place i've been to. Also couldn't taste the pork belly. flan seemed more like italian panna cotta and refrigerated rather than baked. and the fried mochi wasn't good at all as everything was store bought and just made. nothing special. I have the same mochi at home I just never fried it. Also, mac nut ice cream was weird. was very gooey. stretched as we tried to eat it.
