Gameday Girl Stuff, Hoover

I ordered my dress and a flower pin. Over a week later, it still had not shipped. I called the business and inquired and she let me know the flower I had ordered was handmade and would arrive that day so she would ship the next day. This was a Tuesday and I let her know that I planned to wear the dress to the game Saturday and asked if it would be there in time. She assured me it would be there Thursday. On Thursday, I still have no shipping confirmation so I called again and she let me know she would be getting the flowers that day and would ship that day as well. I was leaving by plane the next day for Texas so I wouldn't not get my dress in time. She offered to overnight it to my location and even include a free scarf. I thought this was superb customer service and told several people so. I *almost* didn't take a back up dress but at the last minute I did. It's a good thing I did because the dress never came to my location. The owner told me UPS had messed up her shipment. She apologized and the next week on Thursday I did finally receive my dress and flower. No scarf, as promised but at least I had the dress. The other dress never did arrive to Texas. I have no idea what happened to it. I was impressed with the quality of the dress and the communication but due to the issues I had, I would not order again. The prices are slightly higher or the same as I can get in a local boutique and not have to deal with shipping. I still feel I got an excellent value for my money and just the other day I recommended this boutique to a friend.
