At The Purple Penguin Art Company, artists of all ages and inclinations can enjoy a wide variety of classes, from wheel-thrown pottery to face painting for kids. Camps designed specifically for little ones include fun activities in addition to crafting, ranging from playing dress-up to painting pottery, and are suited for ages 5 and up. We had a wonderful time. Laughed and played in the mud. Instructors were helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Have attended other beginner pottery classes. By far the best. Even totally inexperienced wheel throwers made awesome pots, first time on the wheel. Recommend this for a fun and relaxing outing.

I look forward to visiting this wonderful little shop every time I am back in the area. Fun, relaxed, helpful, and I always learn something new. It’s great in making out of state guests feel connected to something local. Hope to catch them open during my Christmas travels.
