SCAM!!!!!! Anyone leaving a good review is lying!!! This woman redeemed my voucher on her own. She said it’s how she makes sure it gets used and we call to book. Fair enough, unethical but fair. I didn’t have a date to book because I was going to be out of town. She said I can call her when I get back and we can book a date. This woman disappeared!!! No answers to vm’s, txts, calls!! I went to the address. An office building. The concierge and security didn’t even know who I was talking abt. So basically, I paid and got NOTHING!! Don’t trust this woman she’s a SCAMMER!!!!🙄

Merchant marked as redeemed and I didnt even make an appt. Now, I have to spend time emailing Groupon because a customer service chat function makes too much sense I guess.

If I could give Ashley zero stars I would. She is absolutely the utmost unprofessional. She canceled my appointment an hour before stating she was sick and needed to reschedule. I have been reaching out to reschedule for weeks. No response or reply. She had marked the voucher redeemed before I even scheduled an appointment. People like her make it so hard to support other businesses like this… Do better sis!

TIPS BEFORE BOOKING: 1. Appointments are made online through her website and her schedule only shows availability 2 weeks in advance. 2. There’s a $10 deposit to book 3. This merchant will mark your voucher as redeemed even if you haven’t scheduled an appointment. Her “Highlights” section mention that vouchers are not valid after 3 months but she’ll mark it redeemed after less than 2 months.
