New Owners did not accept the groupon. I purchased in October and had until Feb 16 to use. I went in November and was told unfortunately they bought the business November 1 and couldn't honor my groupon. Poor Customer Service. Was told to contact Groupon. Side note the Groomer does an amazing job. New owners are the vet in same parking lot and are trying micromanage. Don't care for them.

Really cool that you can leave your pet while you go to work. Text messaging service helpful and I the ladies were awesome about sending me a photo!

They did a wonderful job, with mine and my girlfriend's mini schnauzers. They look great!

Dog was cut 3x! They tried to say one was already there but it was obviously a fresh cut. We found the other 2 when we got home. Overall grooming was completely uneven. Terrible experience.

Laura, I am very sorry if this was your experience. This was NEVER brought to our attention and we take special care in all our grooming. We are first aid certified and have vet techs on site. I have also looked for your appointment and cannot find the date and time you visited us............
