Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Booked an appointment as a gift…had to call SEVERAL TIMES to confirm booking and sometimes with no answer at all. Never received confirmation because of a data entry error on their part with the phone number. Upon arrival staff are very rude!!! It seemed as though they did not want to deal with a Groupon as it is advertised. I don’t suggest this location at all!

This was a very nice facility, clean, peaceful, and even eco-friendly. Friendly staff and a most excellent massage experience, and a great way to treat myself to relaxation and wellness.
