MidiCi aims to carry on the tradition of open, Italian kitchens serving fresh meals to friends and family. Behind the open kitchen in the center of MidiCi, chefs prepare fresh, Neopolitan-style pizzas made to customers orders. They take four simple ingredients—Naples-imported non-gmo flour, sea salt, pure water, and live yeast—to craft their pizzas, producing signature pies like their bacon and fried egg pizza or spicy diavola pizza with spicy sausage and salami. As the pies bake (in just 90 seconds), chefs can be seen chatting up customers from the open kitchen during each step of the pie-making process, creating a warm and open atmosphere.
