I went to the Kuykendahl location. It was a routine service but the lone comment was..they didn't shut my hood and I was driving over 50 mph and noticed my hood was shaking and I immediately pulled over and closed the hood. Never had this happened before, I was thinking if that hood would have flown up I could have killed myself, my passenger, and some innocent people.
