Oh Snap Limo, Houston

A little confusing to get to the drivers info and location. Once solved, Patricia was very professional, stopped so we could take the pictures and even helped w/family pic. Would definitely recommend the experience, we were caroling while in the limo with no stress and drinking hot cocoa

Patricia our driver was awesome and the experience was a blast. Had ages 5 to 50 with us and every one enjoyed it. Limo was clean and comfortable- the route was perfect and left time for photo ops and all around great

Only one star because I had to put something, but it should receive negative stars. The limo did not show up on the time scheduled and I tried calling and no one answered. I finally received a text 10 minutes past the time of arrival stating that the limo driver broke down and they were trying to get another car. No one would answer the phone until finally received a call almost thirty minutes later stating they would send an email stating no service was received and I would have to get a refund through Groupon. This company is a fraud. Do not purchase! Ruined our new years day!

The whole experience from booking to the pick up and communication and actual limo ride was awesome. Super helpful and awesome staff and memorable night for my whole group
