Rock N Roll Sushi, Spring

At Rock N Roll Sushi, chefs shape savory ingredients into appetizers (called “opening acts”) and creative sushi rolls named for famous musicians. For an 80s flair, their Madonna roll comes with a spicy crawfish filling that is combined with crab meat and topped with spicy mayo. To travel back a few decades, chefs pay homage to rock music with the Jimi Hendrix roll, which features shrimp tempura topped with fresh mango. The dining experience continues in the dessert “after party,” where they serve ice cream and “Stairway to Heaven” brownies.
