Rub Down Relief Massage, Houston

This is an anonymous post review. This review is not a verified customer of ours or Groupon's. There has been no complaint to the Texas BBB as no notice from them has been received. Also, the reviews on Yelp have all been responded to by our Patient Relations Team and explain the issues that took place and how we attempted to resolve each one and the Patient was still not satisfied with our response.

We have since reached out to the therapist assigned to this Patient. The therapist did admit fault on her end that she did not get the notifications sent to her via email or text message. The therapist has since tried to contact this Patient and the Patient refuses to return the call. The therapist was willing to provide services on a date and time that is convenient for the Patient along with providing an additional massage for a reduced rate in the future. The Patient at this time is not out any money, as they have been refunded through Groupon for the exact amount that they paid to Groupon, no money was collected from Rub Down Relief Massage and we have no control over refunding Groupon customers at any time, that is solely based on Groupon and how they want to handle the refund of a customer of theirs. Also, in respect to the Patient claiming the "business owner" called the Patient a "liar" (in her typed response "lier") this NEVER took place and no one at Rub Down Relief Massage has called or would call any Patient a liar. She also claimed she tried to respond to the help desk ticket we requested her to do, she claims she could not, but seems strange that her husband was able to respond to the ticket we opened for the Patient to open a case for review by management of our therapy department to investigate this incident. So this review contains nothing but false and untrue statements.
