Dropped off for 7 hours so it could dry. When I picked up they were still washing the car and it was soaking and it now smells like mildew in my car. They left greasy residue all over inside of windows. They also discarded some of my belongings. Also, it cost an extra $50 for pet hair removal which felt like a bait and switch due to poor warning. If I had known of the 50% up charge, I wouldn’t buy
