Really unprofessional process in San Diego. You go to an office receptionist that has nothing to do with phone repairs. They take your phone and don't give you any document that shows you have them your phone. You get a call from a person not working on your phone letting you know you have to pay more than the groupon you paid for because there's something additional wrong with it. If you opt to pay more, they will not allow you to pay in person. They let you know when your phone is back at the receptionist. There's no receipt for the service. When you call back with an issue with the repair, they don't answer. It's all an uncomfortable and you have to trust blindly.

I paid for a back glass repair. They tried to scam me out of an additional $100. They stated they had to replace the whole back panel of my iPhone which isn't a thing. I let them know I understand how these repairs are done, typically with a laser. Then they said their laser was broke so they have to do the job manually. I made it clear that I'm only paying for the groupon and nothing more. They did the repair.

They bait and switch. You buy a groupon here for a reasonable price and they claim you need to to pay them another $100-$200 to complete the repair. They claim you only paid of a glass change but they will always say there's a bigger issue.
