The lady who did my husband's massage didn't know what the Groupon was for. It was supposed to be with facial lymph massage and total of 1 1/2 h. She told him after one hour and no facial massage " ok, we are done now". My husband was confused, she called her manager and added a couple more minutes to take care of his face.

Unfortunately, my experience was not as good as others. I arrived for 11 am appointment and no one was there. I called and said they had issues with website and therapist didn't get my appointment. While not the best I rescheduled for later and they did upgrade me to deep tissue. I was scheduled for 1:45. After massage (which was good), I noticed it was only 2:30. I asked her why it was only 45 minutes and she said it was 1 hour and said appointment was 1:30. I said no, it was 1;45 pm and showed her the email. She then apologized and said her timing was off and said they would adjust my cost. I said I paid with a Groupon and she said we could go back in for rest of time. I said I'm dressed and was just too frustrated with the mistakes. She just said she was sorry, it was my fault.

I had the Swedish massage, warm tropical salt back cleanse, and a lymphatic facial massage. The entire experience was amazing, relaxing, and soothing. She regularly checked my comfort level and applied the amount of pressure that I requested in areas like the right side of my neck and shoulder. I'll definitely go back.
