1. Unsanitary using ace bandages to wrap me that were soaking in a crockpot 2. Massage wasn't relaxing nor did she even asked what I wanted focused on. 3. Massage therapist hounding me for a tip for a service I could have got at home for free and done right. Horrible experience. I pray no one goes there because this is a waste of money that many people don't have money to waste like that-

This service is an exact procedure using a seaweed soak and ace bandages. It is from the Repechage skincare line. The massage is supposed to enhance the seaweed body wrap as performed on you. As far as gratuity that is your choice, however Groupon stands behind its vendors and recommends at least tipping on the original value of the service. I am truly sorry that this service was not to your expectation. I have honestly never had any one complain since 2013 when this was launched. Such negative comments are very damaging to technicians. Again, I am sorry I failed you. Isn't it so wonderful that Groupon has so many options for you to try at such an inexpensive price! You can try new experiences and see what works for you!

This was my second visit to Complexions Spa. Very professional and relaxing setting. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle your next week. I will be including this as a monthly must do!
