Got to ride a lot, but no working water in the restrooms and the putt-putt was ran down.

this place is terrible. majority of the games where out of order. 1 girl working the counter and food stand both are across the room on different sides . Go karts need updating. They kept stalling out. They don't have a ATM. You let them swipe your card they give you cash back. Max 40$ Bat Cage closed forever. I would say they need to shut down and throw the whole place away start over. Go to Great Times . Save your money. Customer service was nice tho but a bit rushed as you can imagine.

Fun cheap outting for kids or even a fun date night. I only gave it 4 stars because they are understaffed. They had one girl running the game room, the kitchen and the tickets. She was overwhelmed but still did an awesome job. I talked to one of the owners about getting more help. She agreed. I will go back definitely.

Yes, when it's this warm in February people flock to the park at a time when there's normally snow on the ground. Business this time of year usually doesn't justify having more staff like we would in the spring, and we simply don't normally have that many people on the payroll because there are very few hours to offer. So when the weather turns like that, it makes us look bad because we simply don't have other people to call in, and it's pretty difficult to hire and train someone to work just one or two weekends. But I'm glad you enjoyed the park! We appreciate your business! :)

this place is not safe at all. the go carts are old amd constantly break down. the seatbelts are worn and broken. the employees put you in a car and then they disappear for 15 minutes. they give kids no directions and then this old man screams at the kids when they do something wrong. This place could be really nice if the owner put some money into it. All the employees look like meth heads and they dont care about anything. someone will get hurt there if they dont do something drastic to change this place.
