Excellent service and great food. We eat here often.
They were no longer open for lunch and Groupon didn't send a notice or they didn't contact Groupon. Manager wouldn't extend Groupon. It is too far away to go back again. Manager was not helpful at all.
Food good. Service a little slow.
Very friendly staff. Great food!
We loved the pizza and side salads! Will certainly go back!!
I tried the pancetta pizza and lasagna. The lasagna came with a small side salad and 2 slices of toast. The flavors were good, but the portion size of the lasagna was too small to charge $14. The toasts were larger than the lasagna. The pizza crust was thin and tough. The toppings were good. When I read that the pizza had basil as a topping, I didn’t think 1 leaf of basil. Probably won’t go back.
The salad and pizza were delicious. Can't wait to go back.
The Gorgonzola nachos were awesome- great twist on on old fav. The pancetta pizza was very tasty and fresh. Looking forward to another visit soon!
Although more expensive than typical pizza, is alright because it's much better than typical pizza! Large, open restaurant and bar space. My family of 4 shared 3 creative & delicious pizzas with a couple pieces left over for my teenage son to eat (cause he eats every hour ). We'll be back!
We enjoyed our salad, pizza and wine.

At The Pompeii Oven, pizzaiolos understand that, sometimes, brevity is the soul of good pizza, too. They slide their pies—constructed from Caputo flour dough, San Marzano tomatoes grown in the volcanic soil surrounding Mt. Vesuvius, and locally grown organic herbs—into their wood-fired brick oven for just 90 seconds. If that seems too brief a time for so noble an assemblage, what emerges from the 900-degree heat quickly proves otherwise. Just a minute and a half is enough time to bake authentic Neapolitan pizza to its ideal state: burnt and crispy on the edges but wet and soft in the middle–“kissed by the flames,” as the local saying goes. Each entry on the menu holds a unique combination of additions within its delicately flame-seared folds, such as the Blue’s bacon, blueberries, and mozzarella or the medley of caramelized onions, bacon, mozzarella, arugula, and honey on the Lita.
