Great and honest business. They told me how much it would cost to replace my shifting cable, and that is exactly what it cost and my bike feels like it is brand new again!

The title “Cintas Parts Washer” is misleading. I brought my bike in for this tune-up as it had not been used for a couple years. When I picked up my bike I was charged for new brake cables but also I noticed that the chain had not been touched - still dirty to the touch and no new chain lube was used at all. Also, my tires were noticeably low when I brought it in and were still low when picked up. I asked about this and was told there may be a leak - WHAT!!? Isn’t that something you should identify as part of the tune-up? I filled the tires at home and they are holding pressure fine so it’s not due to a leak.
I had a second tune-up certificate for my daughter who called and asked what was included in the tune-up and was told that what was outlined on the certificate was what was included. The certificate does not provide specifics which I guess means nothing is provided as that is what I received. She also asked about the Cintas Parts Washer and was told that was a misprint and they do not have that equipment hence my dirty chain.
Lastly, isn’t it business practice to call the owner once the tune up is complete to outline issues with the bike to gain approval for performing repairs? That wasn’t done here - True bait and switch. They offer a very low price for a tune-up just to get you in the door to make repairs and do not perform the tuneup. I took my other bike to Open Road for a tuneup and they did an awesome job.
We did not use the second certificate as I will come out cheaper eating that cost. If I were Groupon, I would not allow this business to advertise specials on its site.
