Clark Braddock, owner of Tombo's, is confident that customers will thoroughly enjoy the eatery’s fast, made-to-order breakfasts and lunches, a confidence supported by more than 20 successful years in business. Every Monday–Friday, chefs cook chicken and ribs with their proprietary rub and barbecue sauces, which they make on premises according to a family recipe as pretested and confidential as spaceflights. They garnish daily lunch specials with fresh vegetables, maintaining balance between the plant and animal kingdoms. Tombo’s offers dine-in seating, carryout, or drive-thru services, which provides easy access onto Philips Highway. Catering is also available.
