Waist of time!… waist of money , fake back facial , save your money, I don’t recommend

This is scam. I booked 60 minutes session, she worked on me total of 15 minutes or less. The area wasn’t ready for service. Not professional at all, she was busy fixing a machine for 20 minutes, making noises, not a relax environment at all. The facial supplies was cheap and insufficient didn’t meet the standards at all everything was disaster. From waiting time and annoying service. At the end I asked the session was for 60 minutes. Before sixty minutes I was at the register, asking for tip. She did not deserve a penny for the service she provided. I was kind of forced to pay. I paid $15 for tip, and she charged me $15.01. I said it was $15 only, she said it is only 1 cent, it’s ok. This was first time I used Group on but it turned into scam. I hereby ask group on to refund my money plus $15.01 for the tip. I don’t recommend group on and this place for anyone. I am wondering why some people are so dishonest and write dishonest reviews and mislead others. All the reviews are scam as well This is not fair.

Very nice, clean and easy to schedule

I'm so disappointed, I was really looking forward to this. But instead of a great facial I got a one hour sales pitch. The woman spent the entire time trying to sell me other services and telling me how I needed this threaded and that waxed, etc. It was not relaxing and clearly all they care about is getting more money out of you. On top of that the acne facial didn't include any extractions.
