The instructors at Pro Gym understand that different bodies require different workouts. That’s why they frequently change up exercise routines in many of their all-ages fitness classes. Students can sculpt their cores in kickboxing sessions, pedal at varying resistance levels in spin classes, get a total body workout in TRX Suspension Training, and work with stability balls, free weights, and power bands in cardio classes. High-intensity interval training and Zumba classes tone muscles from head to toe. Outside of classes, the gym helps bodies stay ready to smash open stubborn pickle jars with free weights, weight-training equipment, and stationary bikes, and it keeps children busy with a supervised play area.
