If you forget to give someone a form to sign. Don't call them and make them come all the way back to sign it before you will clean the item. Take enough pride and confidence in your work to take the gamble and go ahead and clean it so they don't have to make 3 trips to clean one garment. It's enough of a pain to have to drop it off and pick it up.
