I was promised a full set of lashes I went in yesterday to receive the service. I spent $134 for volume lashes. She did not remove the existing lashes that I had. She just placed a few hairs on each eye and they’re falling out within 24 hours. This is completely unacceptable. It was a waste of time a waste of money and I was scammed.

The lash lady Ruby was nice but my eyelashes were awful. I am not sure what directional eyelashes she put on but on one eye they are facing the same direction as the other eye and that is totally wrong

Yanni did my lashes and they are absolutely gorgeous!! She is light handed so that’s a plus because I have sensitive eyes. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.
