Had a great time first time on SUP! The instructor was super friendly. He also stored our stuffs in his car--which we appreciated as there are no lockers at Ala Moana beach park.

Been trying to book a trip with them twice now. The first time I booked they let me book online on a day that they weren't going to be open and didn't say anything. Came back to Hawaii a second time to use the Groupon and this time I booked through the phone. They took my information, redeemed my Code then on the day they tell me that I'm not on the list. Work service ever.

Not sure it's even a legal operation they are running. We reserved the paddlebaord halfday rental. Very unprofessional. They took our voucher codes and details a week before our reservation date. When we met them at the beach on the agreed-upon reservation date, they said they couldn't find our codes in the system (even though we had definitely paid for the groupons and had the voucher and receipts to prove it). I'm not sure why this wasn't all organized when I first made the reservation a week earlier. And yes, these things happen sometimes, but the people we spoke to were very rude and dismissive. They would not let us speak to a manager and wouldn't give us their names (a bit sketchy if you ask me). We ended up not going out with the boards and had to cancel because we weren't going to pay twice, and they would not work with us. Groupon was great and reimbursed us, but it was still disappointing to miss out on Paddleboarding that day. I'd recommend paying a bit more for a company that is more credible.

They made reserving boards very difficult and in the end refused to honor the appointment so we needed to apply for a refund. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
