It's not often you can tell people you've gotten your hair done by someone who has worked in Hollywood and actually mean someone who has worked in the movie business, as opposed to someone from Hollywood, Florida. But if you visit Robert McCain at Lady Luck Hair Parlour, you certainly can. He was the hair-department coordinator for the movie Fling, and even landed some small parts as an actor. Plus, he's lent his skills to the Miss Universe and Miss USA pageants, and he provides wigs to several Kansas City theater productions and the odd hairless cat every now and again.
