I had never done CrossFit before, but this was a great start! The coaches (I got to work with Tim, Austin, and Cory) were really helpful. The people in my classes with me were of all different skill levels, but they managed to give us all individual attention to perfect our techniques. Plus with my busy schedule, it was nice that there were multiple class times throughout the day so I could choose when was most convenient for me.

Good experience so far. Coaches are great and they take the time to teach/coach their class the proper exercise, form and safety. Club members are very helpful and accommodating. Seriously considering to join after promotional period.

I bought this Groupon to jumpstart my journey back into fitness. Brookside CrossFit is PERFECT for those who sit at a desk all day (like me) and need something to help them be active. Brookside CrossFit is not intimidating, is very friendly and encouraging, and they are helpful to you no matter what level of fitness you may be at! I never thought I'd say that I do CrossFit, much less that I love it! If you're questioning it, just go for it. You won't regret it!
