The front desk attendant who assisted me when I went to redeem my Groupon (at the last possible moment) was fantastic. She took the time to explain all the details to me and happily gave me a tour of the facilities. I came for a class the next day and she greeted me by name. Can't remember her name at the moment, but she closed on both August 22 and 23,
