I'm sorry but this was a horrible experience. I got this as a gift for my wife. We called the guy set up a time and date the guy never showed up. Didn't even call! I would not buy from these people they aren't reliable! Now I have to fight with Groupon to even get my money back.

Made an appointment and gave him the voucher day before appointment, didn't show. Took over a month just to get another appointment and once again, was a no show.

I would not recommend this service. They required over a month out scheduling and required me to show my voucher on the day of booking. No one ever showed up to detail my car and after a week of trying to contact ANYONE from this company I was unsuccessful at either rescheduling or getting a refund processed.

Should be 0! I can’t tell you about the service because he never showed up. He said that he needed to redeem the Groupons when I made the appt so it would have time to process. He made an appt for weeks later. My son and I waited all day for him to show. He didn’t. He made another appt for a week later. We waited all day again and he still didn’t show. Thankfully Groupon refunded the redemption.
