She has a dance and theater background of 20 years, dancing professionally as a Middle Eastern Belly Dancer, Polynesian Dancer, and Fandancer. Now Amber is starring in a show portraying the Hollywood star and the woman who could do everything Fred Astaire could.... but backwards and in high heels: Ginger Rogers.

We tried numerous times to set an appt with her but was never able to reach her. This was a total bust!

I wasted money on a cooking class that I wasn't able to attend due to the lack of availability. I contacted her a couple of times and all she did was informed to look at that jibberish of a website and select a date but, most were classes for one person instead of two. I also read the reviews and you are not learning to cook but,you are watching her cook. That needs to be put in the description before anyone even considers purchasing!
