Certified fitness professional Paul Moran learned what the female body is capable of from his mother, a Golden Gloves Boxer. Now, with training in a range of subjects from muscle mechanics to flexibility to cardiovascular dynamics, he works with women of all fitness levels to achieve slimmer and stronger frames. He and his team of instructors have designed the classes expressly for women, utilizing smaller weights and fewer reps. They also work with their students to set realistic fitness goals to help them transform their health for the better.
