Denise, You are correct I had to close my business down due to lack of staffing. I have been trying to hire for many months, without any luck. I do plan on honoring those Groupons that had started sessions and still need completion of service. It would have to be an outcall service at NO extra charge. It is an unfortunate reality that has happened to many businesses. I was able to survive the "Pandemic" to not survive people not wanting to work. It is your right to put a one star to a company that had to close but I am doing all I can do to make it RIGHT! It will take some time to make it RIGHT, but I will make sure all will be taken care of. I purposely didn't completely shut down so I can make sure clients were cared for with the Groupons. I expect to get bad reviews. I had been in business for over 20 years and have done all I could do to stay afloat. Money from the government seemed to go to other companies, which is fine. Without the money I was able to still survive, but the lack of people wanting to work has tremendously hurt my business. Esmeralda, Unfortunately you were put in a bad situation. Mayra was one of the staff members that was supposed to work on you, but quit. When she quit she pulled the schedule so I couldn't see who I needed to call to reschedule. Then I had to make the decision to close my business do to this situation. If I couldn't find reliable staffing, there is no way I could continue to service the massive requests I had. I did my best to make sure you were taken care of by Laura this past saturday. Although the Groupon clearly states that is only valid Monday-Thursday. I knew I had to close and I asked Laura to please take care of you so you could have your Groupon completed. I told Laura to take care of you going forward. She is an excellent lady and very skilled. If you need her direct number please let me know, I know she would make sure you are happy. It is with a heavy heart that I had to close but it was the best business decision for the situation.
