Facility clean and products good, but aesthetician did not pay attention to my concerns and did very basic job. Not relaxing or peaceful, person not very familiar with my needs.

This facial was deceiving. It should have been listed as an express facial since it was only 30 minutes. The price was more indicative of a full 50/60 minute facial. They tried to get me to upgrade to a more expensive facial before the facial. No massaging of hands or shoulder massage while I was under the red light for 10 minutes. I’ll stick with my other facial persons I have found here.

I just looked up my purchase for this for my purchase Glam2ToeMedspa. I have never ever used it and in my cart it says I used it in December of 2020, That is a big Lie!! I would never use this because of corona Virus was reaping people's lives. I have tried reaching them and there is no return calls. I would not go to this place. That's if they are still around! What a RIP OFF!!
