It was fun and one heck of a workout. The only thing I will say is it needs to be longer than 30 minutes. It feels like as soon as you get into it it’s time to stop.

This was such an exuberayting experience! I was able to break, throw smash, crack, & bust items! This experience is not just an outlet but also a workout. The one thing I will say is it’s too short! As soon as you’re warmed up and getting into it, they yell out 5 more minutes. I do think it should be a little longer as sometimes you have to wait for more items, or simply need to catch your breath.
