The experience was relaxing and everyone was very fr
The massage was great but the facility in Kennesaw Town Center closed AFTER I purchased $427.00 for 6 massages with the intention of going back to Kennesaw. Now I have to drive to Atlanta and they tell me it is nonrefundable. I am very disappointed !!!
The massage is good. The hardware (shower/sauna/robs...etc) needs to be updated.
The massage was great, just frustrated at the extra fees that they tack on.
My massage was great until the last 20 minutes when the only thing she focused on was the tips of my toes... weird. It was annoying but I thought there was a purpose other than killing time so I didn't say anything and then the massage was over and I left more annoyed and stressed out then when I came in.
Prince was excellent. The facility was clean and the environment was inviting. Definitely a go to again. Thank you
Suewan and Prince were wonderful! We had nice, relaxing massages....a fun surprise for my sister-in-law's birthday! Will definitely go back!
I purchased a groupon for a spray tan. I will be sticking with my regular person from now on. When I walked into the establishment, there were 3 women standing at the front desk. Only the one who greeted me seemed to smile and was friendly. She checked me in and told me to go to the 2nd floor. I waited for my technician to come to get me. She excorted me to the room where I would get sprayed. She never asked me what I wanted my desired look to be. I 5old her i just wanted more of a natural glow. The room looked spooky off of a horror movie. To top it off my tan was too dark for my complexion. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of the lady at the front desk who was polite, the other 2 looked like they didn't want to be there. I work in customer service so you have to leave all of that attitude at home.
Prince was amazing. Relaxing massage, just like I ordered. Friendly staff.
Great service!! Everything was perfect.
