Zombies have migrated Northwest from California to Scaregrounds in Kennewick. They are waiting to attack Kennewick and will be broken out in Zone 1 of the Zombie Horde. Zombie hunters are needed to shoot and kill the infected with serum-injected glow-in-the-dark paintballs.

A double-decker battlewagon will pull you and children of all ages through the Outbreak Thrill Ride at Scaregrounds in Kennewick. It will stop at three known zombie zones. The blue lights will come on attracting the zombies out of hiding and in to range. 20 turret-mounted paintball markers shooting glow-in-the-dark paintballs filled with serum to destroy the zombies. They will not be armed and do not shoot back. This is a thrill ride only and no goggles are necessary. Ages 5 and up can experience the thrill of paintballing the infected.

Really great activity for groups or even just a couple of people. Took my son and his cousin. They were active and bonding, so different from sitting and staring at a computer screen all day! Just beware that paintballs are not included and are about $19 a packet. My kids went through 3 bags between them. Also, little incidentals like a chest and neck protector are good and are for rent, and gloves that they sell at the field for $10. It cost quite a bit more than I expected, after purchasing the Groupon, but we'll worth the time the boys had!
