The room needed to be more sanitary. I laid on a exam table without any paper. After each customer the chair or table should be sanitized and covered with paper. I paid for 1 hour but only received 30 min treatment which did absolutely nothing to my teeth. She said she could only do 30 min because I was 15 minutes late.5 minutes after she started my gum and teeth were burning and were so sensitive

Sorry for your experience but as my policy states once your 15 mins late your appointment is canceled with no refund but I still serviced you for the reminder time of your appointment as a courtesy. With the short amount of time left of 15mins results would be close to none especially for a first time whitening versus a touch up. Everyones teeth is different as far as sensitivity goes and yes the exam table is disinfected and sanitize between each client it is not required to have table paper if clients are not removing clothes. I take all measures to ensure proper sanitation for all services provided.
