Our goal is to provide the best and most thorough grooming services available in a calm & loving environment. Every animal is unique and deserves the time and patience needed to ensure an enjoyable grooming experience. Grooming is a part of life, not a punishment.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When we decided to take this journey we not only wanted it to become the best shop in town but wanted to create a place that felt inviting for the pet parents as well as the pets. An exceptional place for service. A place of familiarity and comfort knowing their animals are in loving hands.

What do you love most about your job?
I have been making pets feel their best for 13 years now. Seeing the wag of a happy pet and smile of the parent means i have done my job. Having the ability to make pets look and feel their best is most rewarding.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When I have loyal customers over a 10+ year relationship that are driving without hesitation an hour to have me spoil their animals and love the transformations.
