You guys were swamped Saturday night, how could you not have anticipated a big night on the Groupons final date? This could have been one of our worst restaurant experiences we ever had. One recommendation I would make is to tell your waiters and waitresses to serve a few tables at a time. The lady who served us would serve one table at a time. This is very inefficient. I worked in restaurants for over 10 years. I would ask my entire section of tables at the same time if there was anything they needed. Go back and place the orders. Then disperse the items amongst the tables. There is no wonder this lady was running around like crazy, she only asked one table at a time what they needed.
