Cleaners were supposed to show up between 5:30 and 7pm. They arrived at 8:30pm. They did a quick rush job of cleaning and missed areas completely, didn't even come close to the walls, and therefor, didn't make much of a difference at all.

Disorganized. I was Called and emailed multiple times from multiple people. Set appointment and then no one showed up. Got refund from Groupon.

I purchased a group for 3 rooms and a hallway. I only needed 2 rooms and a hallway done. Each room could be up to 200sqft. One room was 14.5 over and the hallway was 5sqft over. Got charged an additional $35 and the soaking wet carpet looked the same
