Brunch was very good, excellent hollandaise sauce. While the service was mostly good, we had to wait for the check.

Excellent service, imaginative adult beverages, and delectable food. I rarely order omelettes in restaurants because the eggs are so often greasy and overcooked, but the "poor man's truffle" omelet at the Flintridge Proper was just about perfect in every way. My friend's salmon benedict also was fabulous.
