I bought 2 vouchers and used one for my daughter's car last week. When I tried to scheduled a visit for my car I found out that both vouchers had been redeemed. When I told them that over the phone they told me that even when it was their fault for marking them "redeemed" that I needed to contact Groupon. There is no way to talk to someone at groupon. I tried chatting and I had no success. We'll see if they answer my email.

The staff were friendly and the oil change was prompt. However, they refused to rotate the tires (tire rotation was included in the groupon), saying that they were too old. I had never heard of this reason before, despite having my tires rotated a few months ago at a different tire center.

Synthetic oil change and amazing deal! Honest!! Super friendly, and they don't try to upsell you wipers or things you don't need! Awesome experience! Easy with an appointment. I'll be going back even if I don't have a Groupon.
