Scott is an amazing trainer and very intuitive to each individual's needs. The group classes are a lot of fun (did I just say that about a gym?!) and everyone is super supportive of each other. I actually look forward to the sessions every week and I'm happy about my growth in strength since I started. I'm so grateful I found The Fitness Edge and I can't see myself going anywhere else!

The other people working out are friendly and supportive. It feels like a team. Work outs are full body focusing on form. I have never felt so strong and safe in my body and post baby hip and back stability. LOVE it.
