Gourmet truffles, chocolate-dipped pretzels, sugar-free confections... such treats fill the display cases at Chocolate Man, a throwback candy store dedicated to showcasing the many splendors of its namesake delicacy. The shop's resident chocolatiers, however, do more than just sell their wares. They share their passion and craftsmanship in classes ranging from Introduction to Truffles to Chocolate Sculpture, wherein students learn to how create beautiful chocolates without succumbing to the temptation to eat (all of) it. The shop also sells supplies for working with chocolate at home, such as molds, transfer sheets, and single-origin bars.
