I joined my first Booty Barre Class at All Bodies Pilates taught by Gina. It was one of the best workouts I have had in a very long time. Gina is very professional, yet a lot of fun. Can't wait to go to my next class.

Bring a yoga mat, small towel and water bottle. Hair band too, no locker room - pretty small studio but great teacher. Park underneath old wizers.

The studio space is kind of small but that also keeps the number of people in class low which I like since it gives the instructor the opportunity to check in on everyone and provide modifications/adjustments so that we all get the most out of class. Make sure to sign up for classes early!
