Phone: 863-937-8982. *The service technicians came to my home on 5/30/15. *I spoke to someone named Chris when I called to schedule the appointment. I do not know the names of the 2 technicians that came to my home. I was not in the home while they were present, but my wife was. I have an additional complaint to make about them. I have left a voice message for the company, requesting a return call to address my complaint. My wife says that one of the technicians stole our tape measure from our garage which was sitting right next to our ladder. The larger of the techs with dark hair went into my garage looking for our ladder, without asking for permission to use it. My wife said that she had just placed the tape measure in the garage on a shelf right next to the ladder before the men arrived, because she had it out and was using it. After the men left, she went to the garage to get it again, and it was missing. Again, it was sitting right next to where the ladder was. She told me that she did not see him take it but knows that she left it in that location. Several things also made this technician suspicious. He said to my wife, "Must be nice to be rich." He also was looking around at our stuff a lot. My wife saw him looking at a plastic bag of food that from a distance would resemble marijuana. She told him that it wasn't marijuana. He then tried to convince my wife that wasn't what he thought it was but made some comment about "those were the good days," when referring to his past. I give all this additional information to help support my wife's accusation that his other words and actions are fitting for someone that would steal our property. Regarding the groupon itself, the man I spoke with on the phone when I made he apointment, told me that he thought the groupon was limited to 12 vents. I told him that I didn't remember seeing that on the groupon but would have to look at it again, and if that is what the groupon says, fine. When the technicians were at my home, my wife had me speak with one of them on the phone. He said the same thing about only cleaning 12 of my 22 vents. If I wanted all vents cleaned, I would have to pay extra per vent. I told him that the groupon says they will clean all of my vents, and I will not pay extra. I told him that I only want what the groupon pays for. So, they only cleaned 12 vents. They also told me I have mold and I needed to immediately buy a $3,200 UV light device from them for $88.00/month until I payed it off. He then tried to tell me that the mold will kill my children and I need to buy it. Lastly, here is the exact wording of the groupon in the "In a Nutshell" section, "Staffers thoroughly clean and sanitize all the air ducts in clients' homes; dryer-vent cleaning removes dust and debris from dryer vents. My wife and I are very upset about this entire situation. Even though the tape measure is cheap, we feel violated that anything was stolen. And I can't stand false advertising. Companies should not be using groupons as a way to get into my home to cheat me out of money.

The groupon indicated they would be cleaning our system. When we spoke to set the appointment, we were told that they would remove " a least a trash can" of debris from our system. Instead they were at out home for about 30-40 minutes. My husband and I did not see the results of their brief effort. What we did see was an "up charge" for $30 more dollars. Additionally the said we had mold in our home and offered to remove it for 5k. After conversations, the price was dropped to 2k. We declined. We will however, be seeking out a reputable service for further investigation. I would NOT recommend this service or company to anyone.

Would not recommend. High pressure sales pitch with lots of added gifts if we spend $2888.00 for a system to get rid of our very bad mold which we never knew we had until they entered our home through the garage into our laundry room and looked up at the ceiling at the vent and stated that we had very bad mold and asked us if we wanted it checked and we said yes and that is when we found out that we have been breathing in all this bad air. Only $2880.00 to have it corrected and it would take care of our problem. We said that we wanted to check with other companies and they started throwing freebies to us. Would not recommend. The two gentlemen that were here were especially nice and I had no problems with either one of them except for the high pressure. It did however end up costing us an extra $60.00.
