Can't tell love seat was cleaned as it looks the same. I expected to see some brightness of color or some evidence it had been cleaned. Would NEVER use this service again. When I first called to make a appointment I was told Groupon should not be still offering it. Stains on the head rest are still there. Made an appointment for 9am. 9:15 I call the office to see of someone was coming and was told he would be here - at 9:30 I called again and was told he would be here is a couple minutes. He finally arrived at 9:45.
