For difficulty the Bikram class is a notch below hot power flow/Hot Power Vinyasa . Well led, fast paced, physically challenging, all in a very warm room. An excellent workout and a great way to let off some steam and clear you mind.

It's a lovely studio. I don't get the vibe I get with most studios. It is not the style yoga I like. I like when Bikram and flow come together. It's slow yoga. The detox is nice but I get the feeling something is missing.
