Is this possibly Sandi M? I do not have a Sam M in my appointments and this situation sounds familiar. I apologize you feel like you received one-star service. It has been my personal goal to help every one of my clients to my full potential and to have complete customer satisfaction. When your upper back began being tender, I expressed that it sounded like you could have a rib out of place but I could not diagnose anything because I am not qualified. I did, however, use the heated hydroculator pads and change the massage around in an attempt to make that area feel better. After the massage was over, I utilized my convenient resources and asked the chiropractor that I work with if your ribs could have caused your pain. He agreed with my assessment. With his qualifications as a doctor, I go to him with any and all questions I have. After you came out of the massage room, he did come out and ask if he could verify the problem. He also offered that he could adjust that area if you would like to book an appointment. Sometimes the body does like to 'fix' itself, but chiropractic can help speed up that process - ribs out of place are no fun.
